Millet brownie
nice, light, without flour;) Very juicy and chocolatey, and not a gram of chocolate :)
Preparation steps
- Place the millet on a sieve, then pour first cold and then hot water. Put in a sieve, pour salt in hot water and cook on low heat until soft (if necessary, add a little more water). Put a pinch of salt near the end of cooking. Leave the cooked millet to cool.
- Put the cooled millet in a bowl, add the ingredients other than walnuts, and mix nicely with a blender (to make the mixture even).
- Line a baking tray (I used a round one, 26 cm) with baking paper, pour the mixture into it, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees (check with a toothpick). Cool well and serve.
