..Dear our princess..for a successful end to the first year of Fax… I prepared her favorite cake… if you are also a fan of this Italian delicacy I warmly recommend :))

Preparation steps

  • For the crust: frothy butter, egg ,, juice, and alternately add flour and milk or half water half milk. Knead a smooth dough and let it stand for 1 hour. Roll out the dough and bake, and let it cool. Bake the puff pastry in the pan where you baked the crust. For the cream, cook the sugar with vanilla in 4 dl of water so that the syrup starts to pull in the threads (it takes at least 10 minutes to boil). At the same time, cook a piece of the upper yellow part of the lemon zest in the milk. And then take it out. Beat the egg yolks, remove the syrup from the heat and mix the egg yolks, flour, then milk and butter with a spoon. You have to work quickly so that the sugar does not harden !!
  • Pour the lukewarm cream on the crust, cover with puff pastry, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cool well !.
