Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites into a stiff batter, add the sugar and stir even more, finally lightly stir in the plasma biscuits and flour. Bake the crust on baking paper in a round mold or small square tray for 15-20 minutes at 180C. Twice like this, bake two crusts of 6 egg whites each.
- Heat the milk with vanilla sugar to make it lukewarm, then sprinkle the cold crusts before filling.
- For the cream, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, 2 dl of milk and pudding, then boil in the remaining boiling milk. When cool, combine with whipped butter and margartin, add powdered milk and whisk everything well.
- For the second cream, whip the whipped cream with the milk and sugar, add the ground plasma biscuit.
- Fill the crust, I cream, II cream, crust, I cream, II cream, whipped sweet cream or whipped cream or white chocolate glaze.
