Milk jam with cinnamon
I have been keeping this recipe for about 10 years ... Since I am in the phase of preparing seasonal fruit, I decided to add this jam to this collection. But I will warn you..it is sweet, fragrant..if you are afraid of sugar, I am not responsible for the consequences ... but I tried it and I really like it and I think it can be used in cake creams as well ... so decide for yourself ...
Preparation steps
- Dissolve the sugar in cold milk, stirring vigorously. Add a cinnamon stick and cook on low heat for about an hour and a half, stirring often. When the mixture thickens to be slightly thinner than regular jam, remove it from the heat. quality cocoa - Take out a cinnamon stick, pour into hot jars and close.Turn them upside down for a few minutes..to create a vacuum.
Serving
As a spread on bread, pancakes, semolina topping ... as you wish - Enjoy !!
