Militia steak

This is an easy and interesting recipe created with one purpose only to please my godfather who came to visit, but I hope it will make you happy too. Pleasant and good taste;)

Preparation steps

  • Beat the snicle a little before baking and of course just add a little spice.
  • Put a spoonful of oil in the pan and of course when the oil heats up add the snicle, I then pour a cup of water over the coffee every few minutes until the steak is cooked, if you have a tobar pan it may not be necessary.
  • They are done so quickly
  • I put salt of frozen forest fruit in a sickle and added just a little water to relax quickly, when they cooked, I added a little sugar until it hit the taste I wanted, the sauce should not be sour at all. Then, little by little, flour until it got a nice density.
  • Serve each one a steak and a little sauce on top, and it will be as if it was prepared by Jamie Oliver :)
