Milica's speed pie in two versions
Of course, I bake cakes at any time, but when my best friend calls me at half past eight in the evening and orders me two pies for fun for tomorrow, if I take work seriously, I'm done by half past twelve. I’m not bragging, it’s a living truth that you can make these two pies in a short amount of time, and the impression and tastes will be wow!
Preparation steps
- Knead the dough from all the ingredients. Divide into 2 parts .Roll out to the size of a baking sheet. Put the first part in a baking sheet.
- Mix the cheese filling, pour over the dough, flatten and cover with another part of the dough.
- Stick holes in the dough with a skewer stick so that air can escape during baking.
- Bake at 180 ° C until nicely browned. It's about 40 minutes.
- Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- For the apple filling, sauté the apples with the sugar until all the liquid has evaporated from them, add the raisins and cinnamon if desired. Cool.
- Arrange the pie as well as the cheese one, just before the apples, spread plum jam on the dough. Bake in the same way as a pie with cheese filling.
- Cherry filling: -sprinkle sugar over the cherries, which you put in a cooking pot and boil them. It will release a lot of fluid. Mix the thickener and water without lumps, then add the cherries, boil for a while longer and turn off the heat. Cool it, then place it over the dough when it has cooled.
Serving
This is a quick version of pie dough, this dough is good and doesn't have to lie, just knead, roll, top and bake! It's called in two versions because it originally had 2 fillings, and it's a shame to miss this pie in the third, delightful version of cherries. It's a shame because of the links, so I won't change the title, but the possibilities for fillings are limited only by your imagination. The fillings can vary, the apple filling with carob is especially fine, especially refined and aromatic. The amount of dough in the recipe is enough for just one filling. If you want to make two versions like me, you have to double the dough. The amount of dough and filling is enough for a large baking tray (30 × 30) or a large lasagna. This apple pie is the first in my life that I didn't put cinnamon in, and that was because of my dear Superkemija, who doesn't like it, anyway, in the end she didn't try the pie, sniff.
