until we divorced every morning before going to school, 1 slice of millibrod with milk or cocoa was obligatory, so I decided to write the recipe that I regularly had in my home
Preparation steps
- The yeast is put to mature in the milk and after it is ready, the dough is mixed with sugar, olive oil, flour, vanilla, 3 eggs and raisins. raisins 1 hour before kneading the dough. The dough is left to mature nicely, then it is mixed again and left to rise again.
- Once it is ready, the dough is divided into 4 parts. Each part is divided into 3 parts and sausages are made from them, and then a braid is knitted from each of the three and 4 braids are obtained.
- Arrange the braids in a greased pan and mix with the remaining egg and leave to mature nicely.
- bake in a preheated oven at 180 for about 30 minutes and then simmer for another 10 minutes at 150. After they are sealed, cover them with paper so that they do not burn from above.
Serving
Milibrodot can also be made as a classic roll mixed with marmalade, but now I can solve it with grapes, the next time with marmalade. It can be served with milk, coffee, tea, as a school snack ...
