Preparation steps
- From the listed ingredients, knead a smooth dough. Leave it to rest for 45 minutes. After that, mix the dough and divide it into 3 parts. From each part, develop a crust 1 cm thick (not thinner so as not to break the braid from there). Roll the braid. Put the braid in a rectangular mold and leave it to stand for about an hour. Coat the dough with beaten egg, then bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
