Milan steaks
Viennese steaks have always been my favorite and today I planned to make them. But last night I studied the booklet "Neighbor's Pot" for a while and came across this recipe. It is a little different from Viennese, but it has a special taste!
Preparation steps
- Beat the steaks with a mallet, add a little salt and pepper
- For breading, beat eggs and add oil. Mix bread crumbs with parmesan (I used grated ripe trappist). Roll the steaks in flour, then in eggs and finally in crumbs.
- Heat the butter oil (I used lard) and fry the steaks on both sides until golden yellow!
Serving
Originally, the recipe says that they are served with spaghetti in the Milan way, but I still prefer potatoes. Today it's mashed potatoes, but they go equally well with baked goods!
