Mila risotto / pasta
Simply irresistible.
Preparation steps
- Depending on which rice or pasta you prefer, put it to cook while you prepare the sauce.
- Cut the bacon and ham into strips or squares, not too thick or too thin, and place on a pan, lightly greased with oil, to fry with constant stirring so as not to burn.
- When you have fried the meat, pour over the cooking cream and add the garlic granules to taste, and simmer for a total of up to one minute so that it does not thicken too much, remove from the heat and add about 20 g of grated cheese and mix well. (For me personally, grated fish is a little tastier in this sauce than parmesan, but the choice is yours).
- In case the sauce thickens too much, add a little water. If it is not salty enough on its own, add a little more salt.
Serving
Pour the cooked pasta or rice into plates or bowls, pour over the juicy meat sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
