Preparation steps

  • Roll out the crust of the puff pastry on a floured surface with a rolling pin and bake in a pan in the usual way. It's done in about 15 minutes. Repeat the procedure with the second crust.
  • Pour almost all the milk into the sherpa on the stove and add vanilla sugar. Mix the remaining milk, 2 eggs and flour with a mixer, and add it to the boiling milk on the stove, stirring constantly.
  • When the cream gets the required density, remove from the stove and leave to cool.
  • Cut the first baked crust in half (lengthwise), it is easy to peel, you only separate it by hand. Put the first part of the crust in an empty pan. Apply powdered sugar mixed with water on it and return to the pan for 5 minutes.
  • Using a mixer, stir in the sweet cream and sour cream to get the required density. Coat the crust in the pan with jam, and then with whipped cream.
  • We put another part of the crust over it, which we coat with cooled cream. We also put the third crust of puff pastry on it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool everything well in the fridge.

Serving

Cut the cake into larger pieces and serve well chilled.
