'Mici Pita'

This is a little cake, a little woman with a big heart, my great-grandmother Adele. I made it last night and all the time I could imagine her beating sugar in a kitchen towel. I don't know why she didn't buy a staff of sugar. I know Mici Pita was my favorite cake, and it's a special dessert for me too!

Preparation steps

  • Mix the softened butter with the sugar, add the yolk (I’m two because there were some tiny eggs). Mix well, add the ground walnuts, chocolate, flour with baking powder and finally gently the snow.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tin (mine is 22sa25cm). So some small. Bake at 180 for about 20 minutes. try with a stick if it's over.
  • For the glaze duuuugo mix three egg yolks and sugar. Pour the icing over the hot cake.
  • Supplement 12.01.2016. : If you are steaming the icing, then put it warm on a cold cake!

Serving

I steamed the icing yolks a bit, but if you have checked eggs don’t. And I'm sorry that the yolks were pale, be beautiful when they are yellow. So far only my mom has made this cake, here I am making it for the first time.
