Melissa soup
Melissa Officinalis is one of the most medicinal plants, known in our country as lemon balm and lemon balm. Its young leaves, which smell like lemon, can be used to prepare a very tasty soup. This simple but valuable recipe was inherited from my mother-in-law. As lemon balm has been growing in our garden for years, which can be grown from seed and as a pot, I often prepare this soup, which my husband says is the soup of his childhood.
Preparation steps
- In a bowl, break the eggs, add a teaspoon of Natur, and whisk them into thin strips of sliced young lemon balm leaves. In the absence of lemon balm, the soup can be prepared in this way with chamomile and then a small teaspoon of crushed dried chamomile is beaten into the eggs.
- Heat the oil in a soup pot and pour scrambled eggs with lemon balm (or chamomile) on the hot oil.
- When the egg mixture is well fried on both sides, cut it into small pieces.
- Drizzle with water, add a little salt if necessary and when it boils, cook for about five minutes. If you want to get a slightly stronger soup, you can stir a cube of "Chicken Soup" or "Vegetable Soup" into the water.
Serving
With Natur…. new product Natur entered the big door and into my kitchen. The new Natur has been successfully tried in this simple and healthy soup, which we now rightly say - nature with nature in our plate - so this recipe has experienced a little refreshment.
