MEDITERRANEAN LASAGNE (with prawns and zucchini)

Preparation steps

  • Thaw the shrimp, cut the zucchini into cubes, then combine them, add salt and a teaspoon of garlic granules.
  • Pasta or not, it depends on which one you use. Make bechamel, then add all the spices, cheese and parmesan.
  • In the bowl in which you will bake the lasagna, first put the béchamel, then the dough, then the béchamel, shrimp and zucchini and repeat the process as long as you have the material. Finish with the dough and pour over the rest of the béchamel.
  • Bake at 200 c, covered with foil for about 40 minutes
