Meatless profession with buckwheat and green lentils !!
This recipe is dedicated to all my known and unknown cool friends, vegans and vegetarians and of course to all of them, and I also belong to this group, who want to reduce the consumption of meat in their diet and enrich it with healthy and useful foods of other origins !!
Preparation steps
- Separately, cook in plenty of water, lentils and buckwheat! Drain cooked and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Put soyasaus and boiled lentils in a larger bowl and mix it with a stick mixer or whatever you are already using!
- Add all the other ingredients, such as: boiled buckwheat, spring onions chopped into rings, peppers finely chopped, dried tomatoes also chopped, chopped garlic, oatmeal, tomato puree and warm water. Mix everything well with a spatula to combine finely! Check the taste, add salt, pepper as desired and let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 'and prepare a mold in which you bake bread, the volume of the mold is 1 liter. After 15 minutes, check the density of the mixture! If you can make a fine ball that does not disintegrate, the mixture is ready to be put in the mold. If it is too dry, add a little water, if it is too wet, more oatmeal. perfect.
- Line the mold with baking paper and press the prepared mixture into it and bake for 40 minutes. at 200 '. Note: This is a vegan version of the recipe, and vegetarians and other people who eat foods of animal origin can add a couple of hard-boiled eggs to a still unbaked pod, as you have seen in meat dumplings! in a frying pan with a little oil or in the oven sprinkled with a little olive oil, ... and here it is, you get delicious veggie burgers!

You can serve this dish in the following ways: You can cut it into pieces and fry it in a little oil in a pan or serve it simply as it is with baked potatoes, vegetables, rice, hummus! smeared with ajvar! Variations are great, just let the fat at will.
