Preparation steps
- Assemble all the ingredients and mix well to combine into one compact mass.
- Leave in the refrigerator 1-2 to stand.
- From the mixture, form 6 meatballs of equal size, roll them in crumbs and bake in heated oil. Drain excess fat on kitchen paper.
- Serve with seasonal vegetables, potatoes or rice.
