Meat with vegetables (ala peka)

one nice lunch for a great team .. with potatoes, vegetables, chicken, pork .. something from everything .. one shared enjoyment in the garden .. the last warm sunny days :)

Preparation steps

  • Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut in half and put in a baking dish, clean the peppers and cut in half, add 7 cloves of garlic .. rosemary, add salt, pepper .. then put the pork (marinade: olive oil, garlic, finely chopped parsley leaf, salt) sausages, smoked bacon (homemade), a few chicken wings (marinade: oil, ground pepper, vegeta) ..
  • in a bowl with vegetables and meat add a little water .. cover with a baking lid .. Make a good grill… put the bottom of the baking dish on the grill… cover and put the grill on the lid .. bake like this for 45 minutes .. open, add a little white wine, red onion (peeled and cut in half) .. cover and bake for another 45 minutes ..
  • serve warm ..
