Meat strudels
I really like practical and simple dishes and with that, this strudel is always waiting in my freezer for my dear guests :)
Preparation steps
- Cut the chicken breasts into very thin steaks and beat them with a hammer to make them transparent and season them with vegeta.
- crusts stacked on greaseproof paper. coat all 10 crusts with cream and spread the meat over the whole last one. place the peppers between the meat and wrap everything nicely in strudel and wrap it in greaseproof paper. put it in the freezer to tighten well so that you can cut nice snicles the thickness of a thumb.
- we will not cut the whole strudel at once because they would soften while waiting for frying and would no longer have a nice shape. so - cut them as much as you can for one round in a pan. roll in flour, eggs and crumbs and fry over medium heat in oil. turn several times.
Serving
meat strudels wrapped in greaseproof paper can always stand in the freezer. At least two are ready and waiting for me. Sometimes when I make just for us, I cut half and return the rest to the freezer. defrost.
