Meat sarma from locust bean salad
You will prepare sarma in another way by following our recipe. If you don't get a lettuce salad, feel free to use chard leaves, and yogurt or sour cream is just the perfect side dish to meat sarma.
Preparation steps
- Wash the vine leaves, blanch briefly, cool in cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the meat, finely chopped onion, rice, tomatoes to remove the seeds and skin and cut them into cubes, chopped parsley, Vegeta, pepper and cumin.
- From saris leaves and meat, form sarmis. Arrange the sauerkraut in a bowl and pour over the oil and water. Cook covered for about 30 minutes.
Serving
Serve the sauerkraut warm with yogurt or sour cream.
Advice
You can use chard leaves instead of lettuce.
