Meat sarma from locust bean salad

You will prepare sarma in another way by following our recipe. If you don't get a lettuce salad, feel free to use chard leaves, and yogurt or sour cream is just the perfect side dish to meat sarma.

Preparation steps

  • Wash the vine leaves, blanch briefly, cool in cold water and drain.
  • In a bowl, mix the meat, finely chopped onion, rice, tomatoes to remove the seeds and skin and cut them into cubes, chopped parsley, Vegeta, pepper and cumin.
