Meat cappuccino

Here is a meaty cappuccino for those who don't like plain: D

Preparation steps

  • Cut the onion into small pieces and put it to fry in oil until it gets a golden-yellow color
  • Add minced meat, fry a little and add red wine and cook the meat in the wine until the wine evaporates and add spices as desired (salt, pepper, vegeta, paprika ...)
  • Prepare mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
  • If you like dumplings, then prepare a mixture of eggs and wheat semolina, salt and mix with a whisk until you get a thick mixture. Put 500ml of water to boil and add one heart of Vegetable Foundation and cook the dumplings in the prepared liquid. Who likes can add chopped parsley.

Serving

Put the prepared dish in glass cups (eg ice cream cups). Put one row of mashed potatoes, put minced meat on it, then 2-3 smaller dumplings, then minced meat and finally mashed potatoes again and decorate to your own taste.
