May Day salad

A simple salad of pasta, tomatoes and feta ... Ida, thanks for the idea! :)

Preparation steps

  • Cook the pasta (al dente) and cool.
  • Chop the tomatoes, add salt and leave to stand for a while (to release excess water)
  • Chop the feta into cubes.
  • Mix the pasta with the tomatoes, add Mediterranean, spices, oil and aceto and finally the diced feta. Stir gently once more.
  • Serve cold.
