Masnica or maslenica

maslenica because it used to be made only with fat and today mostly with butter.

Preparation steps

  • Kneads like kneaded bread means yeast flour and water all at will.
  • when it rises, shake it out on the table and spread it as much as possible, spread it better with melted butter 1/2 and 1dcl. fold the oil on 4 sides and spread it again with more yolk, skillfully transfer it to the pan and stretch it a little more.

can be served with yogurt
