Maslenica with chicken and mushrooms

I saw this recipe on TV Hayat, and the dough recipe is like Umek's. I tried it and it's great, and I got a million other ideas for other fillings.

Preparation steps

  • Put a teaspoon of honey in 300 ml of warm liquid (half water, half milk) and stir, then add a teaspoon of germ and let it rise. Add salt to the dough, then add the remaining germ and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead, leave to stand in the heat. Make 4 balls out of it and roll each into a small pizza. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and simmer briefly in oil, then add the cooking cream (amount as desired) and let it cool. Also make mushrooms in another bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, grated Trappist cheese, sour cream, parmesan and a mixture of pizza spices. Coat the ends of the half of the rolled dough with egg, spread with the cheese mixture, then with the chicken mixture, fold and press the ends of the dough well, then coat with the egg mixture and a little milk. Bake at 200 C until golden.

Serving

When baked, coat with a piece of margarine, then pour over the mushroom mixture. Then it is ready to eat.
