Maslanica / Maslenica
One of my favorite pies. When they ask me what to treat me to, my answer is pie (potatoes, buttermilk or vegetables). With this recipe, I decided there was no more begging than rolling up my sleeves and making myself. As the debut was EXCELLENT :)
Preparation steps
- Boil the dough with flour, salt and lukewarm water. Transfer the dough to a nylon bag and leave for about 20 minutes. Beat the remaining dough into flour and divide into 4 balls and rejuvenate a bit again. Roll out the dough balls into smaller noodles and coat with oil. Leave the oiled noodles for about 10 minutes. For the topping, it is necessary to melt the butter, add sour cream and salt. Spread the noodles on the table with your hands (not too thin because you won't be able to put it in the pan). Sprinkle the dressing over the noodles. Fold on all four sides (like an envelope), you will get a cube (as you fold, spray a little with the topping each time). Put in a baking pan, sprinkle with the topping again on top. Do the same with the remaining three oiled noodles. When you are done, bend the ends to be round with the baking tray. Put the pie a little and put it in the oven at 200 C - 20 - 25 min. Pour a little milk over the baked buttermilk to soften it and return it to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
