Preparation steps

  • Chop the onion and carrot into cubes.
  • Saute them well, adding water occasionally. Simmer for about an hour.
  • Add ground paprika, stir and add diced meat.
  • Pour hot water, bring to a boil and add the bay leaf.
  • Spice.
  • Stir the paprika additive in a little water and add the meat before the end of cooking.
  • Add more cooked tomatoes.
  • Stir a little and serve.

Serving

I got the recipe from a neighbor who works as a cook in a motel.
