Preparation steps
- Chop the onion and carrot into cubes.
- Saute them well, adding water occasionally. Simmer for about an hour.
- Add ground paprika, stir and add diced meat.
- Pour hot water, bring to a boil and add the bay leaf.
- Spice.
- Stir the paprika additive in a little water and add the meat before the end of cooking.
- Add more cooked tomatoes.
- Stir a little and serve.
