Mashed potatoes with sauerkraut and mushrooms and venison steak

so that mashed potatoes would not be just mashed potatoes and sauerkraut just sauerkraut .... so a few more roasted mixed mushrooms with that ...

Preparation steps

  • Clean the potatoes and put them to boil in salted water. When it is cooked, drain it and add thyme, sweet cream, sweet pepper, salt, pepper and mash it as for ordinary mashed potatoes.
  • Chop the onion and fry in butter until glazed, add the finely chopped garlic, then add the drained cabbage and simmer until slightly softened, until the potatoes are cooked.
  • Add salt to the steak and fry it in a little butter, and add pepper to it only when you put it on the butter, pepper the upper side. Beefsteak is baked short and most people like medium roast, which means that it is still pink / slightly bloody inside. Take it out on a plate and wrap it in foil to stand for a while. This is also so that the excess blood that is still left in it is absorbed by the meat so that it will not "bleed" on your plate.
  • Put the mushrooms that you have washed and cut into thin slices in the pan where you baked the steak and saute them until they soften, then pour a series / average and fry briefly.

Serving

I may not have written the best order, but since all 3 things are done at the same time, adjust the order of preparation yourself, everything must be done at the same time and warm while serving. : D
