Marzipan wafers

Another wonderful and simple wafer from me. We love this a lot because they resemble bajaderas.)

Preparation steps

  • Put sugar and water in a saucepan on the stove, bring to a boil. Add margarine and mix until melted, add vanilla flavor. Remove from heat. Stir in ground biscuits and walnuts. Divide into 2 parts. Add chocolate to one part and mix until the chocolate melts. Fill the wafers, first with the cream filling, cover with the wafer sheet and then with the black filling and cover again. Put something harder to press on top. Refrigerate to cool. You can decorate the top with chocolate and cut it into cubes.
