Marzipan stanglice
Antique stanglice, with the aroma of rum and a refreshing lemon fondant… .they don't even have a "M" made of marzipan, but they are very fine! :))))
Preparation steps
- Boil sugar syrup with 1 dl of water, cook for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.
- Add ground walnuts and biscuits, rum and butter. Stir until everything is melted, and the mixture is even.
- Pour into a small square mold (16 × 26 cm) lined with greaseproof paper.
- When it cools down a bit, pour over the prepared fondant.
- Fondant - pour sugar into a deeper bowl, add a little hot water and stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Finally add the lemon juice and a little oil, and whisk a little more to smooth everything out.
- Please, use yourself! :)))
Serving
Cut the sticks the next day, with a warm knife so that the fondant does not crack. Garnish as desired with a little melted chocolate. Triangles can be cut, or some other shapes as desired. :)
