Marzipan figures and pralines
A couple of suggestions for decorating cakes with marzipan figures.
Preparation steps
- For mice, divide the mass into 4 non-identical parts, paint the smallest part yellow, one green, the other blue and the third part painted. Mix each part separately and roll it out by pressing one side down, form a "buy" shape, and form the yellow part in the shape of cheese. Make holes put tails, eyes, mouth and ears of almonds. For roses, take a small piece of marzipan and shape it into a roll, the rest, roll it out and use a mold to take out circles, eg size 5cm. Now roll in a circle next to each other around one side of the roller that represents the bud, a lot of marzipan will start to accumulate on the bottom side, which you will cut off, put as many circles as you want the rose to be, repeat it until you use up the marzipan.
