Marshmallow raspberry slice
I borrowed this recipe from a magazine, who likes marshmallow, please ... my guests enjoyed it, I hope you will enjoy it too
Preparation steps
- preheat the oven to 180 C or 160 if the fan is forced. grease the pan a little with oil. we grind the biscuits finely (I don't have a processor but that's why I have a rolling pin and I put them in a bag and fish from above :))
- melt the margarine and add it to the orchard.
- when it is done, take it out of the oven and immediately coat it with raspberry jam very carefully because the mixture is very unknown.
- now we combine in "saucepan" (I don't know how to say pots :)))): 1 and a half cups of water, sugar and add gelatin powder and mix to dissolve. 3 minutes
- leave this for about 5 minutes for the sauce to cool down a bit, then mix with an electric mixer to make the mixture "fluffy" something like slag. don't beat it because it will break down.
- spread slowly over the biscuit base over the marmalade and leave to cool and set.
Serving
it is recommended to stand for at least 4 hours and then cut with a hot knife. a little over 20 slices are taken out depending on how they will cut you. decoration as desired. it was difficult for me to put marmalade so I used writing icing as an easy variant
