Preparation steps

  • In a blender, mix the biscuits and softened butter together and coat the mold with a diameter of about 20 cm.
  • Put the gelatin in water to swell and then heat it gently until it melts.
  • Whip the sweet cream firmly (as for whipped cream). Be careful not to confuse.
  • In another bowl, whisk the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, add the gelatin, sweet cream and the diced Mars chocolates. Pour into a mold with the chocolate mixture.
  • Put brown sugar, butter and sweet cream in a small saucepan and heat while stirring until the sugar melts. Stir the chocolate into the heat and when it cools down a bit, pour over the white cream. Make patterns with a thinner stick.
