Marlene's cake
I got the recipe under this name and I share it with you. Sparkling and light…
Preparation steps
- Whisk the egg whites into a solid batter and add the sugar. Whisk more until it is completely firm, then add the egg yolk. Then add the flour, thickener, baking powder and cocoa mixed together. Finally, stir in the melted margarine. Bake in a round mold lined with greaseproof paper at 190 C for about 35 minutes. Soak the gelatine according to the instructions on the bag and add it to the cheese mixed with sugar. Add the whipped cream and stir. Put the peel on a tray, put a ring of mold around the peel and coat with white filling, flatten and stack the bananas cut in half transversely. Mix the chocolate whipped cream from the bag with cold milk according to the instructions, then add the whipped sweet cream (you can cook the chocolate pudding in the milk instead of the whipped cream from the bag, just be sure to cool it.)
- Decoration: Cut 4 bananas into rings and dip in melted chocolate glaze and leave to dry on greaseproof paper. Carefully peel off with a knife. Coat the cake with whipped cream, mark 16 slices and decorate each with whipped cream and a banana roll.
Serving
If you like chocolate, you can also add a little melted chocolate to the chocolate cream. The cake is not too sweet and that is why I like it so much.
