Preparation steps

  • Grind the biscuits on a machine or in a blender. Put the biscuits, orange jam, melted chocolate, grated orange peel and orange juice in a mixer bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix as much as possible. Remove and work a little more by hand. if it is hard, add a little more juice from the squeezed ranandza. but the mixture should not be too soft. take the mixture with a small spoon and stir a little in your hand and make balls, and roll in ground walnuts.
