♥ ❤ ❥ Marinated suckling pig from roaster ♥ ❤ ❥
When I made this lunch yesterday, I didn't want it to come out here as my 100th written recipe, that's fine :) you can forget about the utensils, prepare napkins and enjoy the delicious meat
Preparation steps
- Add salt to the suckling pig, rub the pepper with chopped herbs and oil (I also added a little dried rosehip, which I dry for tea) and leave it to stand in the fridge overnight. Remove it two hours before baking and let it come to room temperature.
- Place it in a preheated 220 C oven, then bake for about twenty minutes in an open fireproof baking dish. Drizzle with a little beer. Close the pan and bake for another hour at 180C. Towards the end of roasting, uncover and transfer to the grill for 5 minutes, / infra .... so that the skin on the meat is nicely crispy.
- Take it out of the oven and let it rest.
