Marinated quail on the grill

Preparation steps
- Cut the cleaned birds in half, lightly salt, pepper and sauté.
- Mix all other ingredients and pour over the birds and leave for a couple of hours or preferably overnight with occasional turning.
- Remove from the refrigerator at least half an hour earlier and bake on a hot grill, no more than 10 minutes, with occasional turning.
- Make sure that they do not dry out but remain finely juicy. They will get a slightly stronger color than sauces, so be even more careful.
- Serve with salad and baked potatoes or side dish as desired.
