Marinated chicken wings with vegetables
Prepare chicken marinated in garlic and honey with plenty of a variety of vegetables baked in your favorite way.

Preparation steps
- Add a little salt to the chicken wings. Prepare a marinade of lemon juice, honey, smoked peppers, rosemary, chilli, olive oil, and coarsely ground pepper. Mix the marinade ingredients well, then pour it over the chicken wings, stir and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Cut the eggplant and zucchini into 0.5 cm slices and the onion into round slices. Drizzle the zucchini lightly with oil. On a preheated grill, first fry the vegetables and place in a large salad bowl. Lightly salt the vegetables and pour over the dressing of olive oil, finely chopped garlic and balsamic vinegar.
- Then grill the marinated chicken wings. During baking, turn them to bake on all sides and they can get a darker yellow color (due to honey and red pepper).
Serving
Serve warm chicken wings with vegetables and ajvar.
Advice
If you serve Ajvar hot chicken wings, you do not need to add chili to the marinade.
