... frothy sweet treat for big and small, traditional brazilian sweet :)
Preparation steps
- Beat the egg whites firmly, add powdered sugar and mix until you get a smooth mixture. Put water and sugar (crystal) in a bowl and cook over low heat until the sugar has melted. Add the color extract of your choice to the resulting syrup. Melt the gelatin according to the instructions on the bag. Pour the syrup into the snow, stirring constantly, and finally pour in the gelatin and stir for a few more minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper or sprinkle with coconut flour, pour in the mixture and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Cut various shapes into cake tins, roll them in coconut flour or chocolate. Good apetite!
