Margaret cake
I like to bake cakes the most and I like to bake different cakes for some occasions
Preparation steps
- BISCUITS -make egg whites with sugar, when the sugar is made add egg yolks, flour and pastries -bak in an oblong pan to make the roll as long as possible -bak for 20 minutes at 200 degrees -when it is ready to roll in the paper in which it is baked or in a cloth - Bake two identical biscuits
- STUFFING -I put walnuts in the oven at 70 degrees for about 20 minutes before grinding to get a finer smell and taste then grind -heat milk and pour over walnuts and sugar -when it cools add margarine
- -When the biscuit is cooled, coat it with apricot jam and spread the walnut filling on it -so that it would be easier to cut and so that the filling would not leak out of the biscuit, I put it in the fridge for two hours to combine and cool and only then cut it on cut
- FIL - mix pudding, sugar and a little milk, and put the rest of the milk to boil, boil everything in boiling milk and leave to cool - mix margarine in the cold
- Cut the bananas into slices and squeeze the lemons over them so that they don't turn black until we start stacking on the cake.
- Stacking; - since the cake was going to the wedding, I arranged it in a flower, as you can see in the pictures - I did it; biscuit, a little filling, bananas and then filling again, then biscuit and so on in order while there is material - I decorated it with whipped cream to which I added food coloring and purchased flowers
