Marble kuglof with white chocolate

Another in a series of wonderful kuglofs, my kids adore !!!

Preparation steps

  • prepare the mold and preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Butter and sugar mix frothy and vanilla sugar, add one egg at a time and then flour and baking powder. If it is very thick, add milk. Build up 75 g of chocolate. Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa to one and white chocolate to the other. First fill the mold with the white mixture then dark. Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on the oven, check with a toothpick. Cool, remove from the mold and decorate to your liking.
  • You can melt the dark chocolate and pour over and sprinkle with white chocolate.
