Marble kuglof

... fast, easy, simple… a little will, a little desire for something sweet and simple, ... will be enough for this cake ... You will not break away from work, and yet you will have something sweet… :-)

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla. Add oil, milk, baking powder. Finally, lightly add the flour and beaten egg whites alternately with a food processor. Divide the mixture into two parts, put cocoa (or chocolate) in one, and lemon zest in the other light part (I sometimes add raisins or cherries).
  • Pour the light row first into the greased kuglof form, then the dark row and so on until you have used up everything. Bake !!!
