Sandzak mantles
Today was my day of kneading and making specialties from home-made crusts. These mantles are made exclusively in Sandzak. Sandzaklije took this recipe to both Bosnia and Turkey, so it can be found somewhere and bought in these countries, but they are expensive (at least in Turkey, I know) Somewhere their filling is a little different, but this recipe is original Sandzak.
