Manistra with prezlom

This used to be prepared for me by my aunt, and now my daughter also loves this. I don't even know why this is so nice because, in fact, there is nothing special about it.

Preparation steps

  • Put the cooked manistra (spaghetti or foam) in a lot of salted water with a little oil. During this time, fry the breadcrumbs in butter. Towards the end, add the vegeta. Some of the butter can be replaced with oil. When the manistra is cooked (it does not need to be thoroughly strained, a little of the liquid in which it was cooked comes in handy), put it in breadcrumbs, mix well, drizzle with olive oil and eat immediately.
