Preparation steps

  • As for the sausages, you can cut them into small pieces or squeeze the meat out of the wrappers. I always squeeze the meat so it’s like minced.
  • Fry onion and meat from sausage in oil for 3-4 minutes. Add garlic at the last minute. If you are using fresh chilli pepper then add along with the garlic, if you are using chilli flakes or powder then add a little later.
  • Drizzle with water in which you have dissolved the vegetable soup cube, add oregano and concentrated tomatoes and sugar. If you are not using a cube then just salt to your own taste. If you are using chilli powder add now.
  • After 2 minutes, add sliced ​​carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes, and then add the tomatoes or peeled tomatoes finely chopped along with the zucchini sliced ​​into slices. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  • Beat the egg with a little salt, flour and water to get a thin mixture, say like for pancakes. Pour the mixture into the soup but slowly not all at once. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Finally, mix in the finely chopped parsley.
