Mandarin muffins

Preparation steps

  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking powder) and add the dried cranberries and mango.
  • Cut the mandarins into cubes.
  • Mix eggs and sugar with a mixer and then add oil and cream.
  • Mix both mixtures, dry and liquid, and finally add the mandarin pieces and stir with a spoon so that the mandarins do not fall apart.
  • Pour the mixture into molds and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
