Preparation steps
- Add a little salt to the egg whites and whisk in the solid snow. Separately mix the egg yolks and sugars. Add the milk, oil sifted flour with baking powder and finally mix the beaten egg whites by hand.
- Bake the biscuit in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes. Check with a toothpick.
- When the biscuit has cooled, arrange sliced bananas on it, which you sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not lose their color.
- Boil the banana flavor pudding in 450 ml of water to which you have added a few drops of banana flavor. Cook as usual according to the instructions on the bag. Pour over the bananas. Allow to cool then place in the refrigerator.
- Chop the chocolate. Put the cream to heat but not to boil, then pour over the chopped chocolate. Stir until the mixture is even. Cool to room temperature. When cool, whisk with a mixer until the volume increases and becomes frothy. Finally add the mascarpone cheese and combine everything well.
- Spread the cream over the cake and place in the fridge for a couple of hours.
