‘Mambo’ Marinated Skewers
In the cheerful rhythm of samba salad, here are the mambo variations, juicy and powerful from marinated white chicken ..
Preparation steps
- In a shallow glass dish, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 jaffa.
- Cut the chicken into slices, add to the jaffa juice, ground pepper, halved onion, a couple of chives, a few basil leaves and sliced pepperoni if you are a fan of hot ..
- Mix everything well and pour 1/2 dcl of olive oil or a little more .. (meat should not float in oil ..) cover with cling film and leave to stand for an hour in the refrigerator .. along the way you can stir it again .. if you remember :))
- Prick the meat into sticks + tomato + zucchini rings (or some other vegetable of your choice champignons, peppers ..) ready "sprinkle" with marinade and bake for 5 minutes turning .. or on the grill, grill-appliance .. frying pan .. serve with hot ajvar and why not a great suitable samba salad .. that's fine, spicy, fast, cool simple .. and I almost forgot .. You can marinate the chicken the day before and roast it quickly on the grill or in a pan without making chops .. Use the remaining marinade to prepare other dishes .. risotto, shrimp, shrimp, fish fillet or similar .. it's great !!
