Preparation steps
- Cut 2 eggplants in half and toast on a toaster. Grate 2 cloves of garlic, eggplant and garlic mixed with 250 g of young spreadable cheese, two tablespoons of mayonnaise and half a teaspoon of salt. Put it in the refrigerator to cool. AND THAT'S IT, GOOD LUCK !!!!
