Makalo so grav
It's one of the best, even if it's angry, ha ha ... never enough! Great for fasting days. It can be an appetizer, as a salad and as a fasting meal on fasting days. I often make it, especially on Saturdays when I have beans left over from the previous day, / on Fridays I cook beans for lunch, almost always /.
Preparation steps
- In a wooden bowl, weigh, put the cleaned garlic. Add salt and with a wooden pestle first mash the garlic and then uh and beat with a pestle to get a smooth mass. Add the chopped peppers and beat again with a pestle to mix with the garlic. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir everything. Finally add the beans with a little liquid in which it was cooked. Stir everything. Pour plenty of oil (olive or sunflower) on all this and mix with a wooden pestle into the bread several times to combine the mass. Add them as desired.
Serving
This makalo is best if you put some hot peppers, then there is no measure of how much you can eat, ha ha .... you can't stop .... never enough ha ha ... !!!
