Preparation steps
- Clean the garlic and chop it. Put it in a pestle and add a spoonful little by little.
- We add olive oil step by step.
- We do it well while the garlic prepares all the oil. When the onion is well done, we add sunflower oil drop by drop to make the mixture more liquid.
Serving
It serves as a side dish with meat, as a dressing for salads and pasta. It is important that there is enough salt in the onion, if there is no green onion. It is stored in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
