Magic meat loaf
Why magical? Because the smell that spreads during baking is simply irresistible, magical. I tried it for the first time with a friend - her husband's performer. The aroma is more than perfect. That combination, the aroma of paprika and mushrooms with all the spices in the loaf is great.
Preparation steps
- Add salt to the meat, add egg, pepper crumbs, a little water, parsley, and garlic, and mix everything well.
- Form either two thinner or one thick loaf, which we part and put prosciutto and cheese cut into small cubes in the middle, and close it.
- We put paprika cut into noodles around it and put it in the oven for half an hour, then add the halved mushrooms sprinkled with and a little salt and pour a little water over it and bake covered for another half an hour at 200 degrees.
- The ideal earthen bowl is a little bigger than the meat loaves to fit peppers and mushrooms and the resulting juice is fantastic.
Serving
Mashed potatoes are an ideal side dish. If you add more mushrooms and peppers if they fit in a bowl it won’t be bad. It can also be risibizi as a side dish, and a salad. It is important that the bowl is covered during baking so that everything stays juicy and in the end it can only be baked a little. If you do not have a bowl with a lid, cover with aluminum foil.
